The new normal
The team at RRPF, like many of you, have been working from home for the past few weeks. That means instead of face-to-face customer visits, we send emails and play phone tag until we finally connect. Instead of meetings in a conference room, we have video calls interrupted by children, pets, or the slightly less-loved disruption – spotty Wi-Fi. Business continues but, we have a new normal.
Partnership is our business, and it’s business as usual
And as we all adjust to the new normal, let us assure you that you still have a partner in us. In the current climate, we are working with customers on an individual basis to see where we can make a positive impact. We promised to support you with the same excellent service during the bad times as well as the good, and we are committed to keeping that promise.
